Hefei is situated in the central eastern part of China. It's a tier-two city with a moderate climate and good air quality for a city of it's size in China. Hefei's location makes it one of the most livable cities in China because of its proximity to major Chinese cites connected by the ever-growing elaborate bullet train network: Bejing - 4 hours; Shanghai - under 3 hours; Hangzhou - 2 1/2 hours; Wuhan - 2 hours; Nanjing - under 1 hour.

 

CHSS is located in a newly developed educational district in the suburbs of the city and is housed-out-of the most famous high school in the region. Students who are granted admission into CHSS are arguably some of the top students of any offshore high school in China. The city is the political, economic and cultural center of the region and is full of beautiful parks, lakes, rivers, architecture, world-class shopping and an amazing selection of dining (Western food included!). CHSS will offer successful applicants a very competitive package of salary, return airfare, as well as free furnished housing; additionally, if applicable, previous years of experience will be recognized on our pay scale.
